- In the heart of the Luberon, our 30-hectare estate, spanning 4 terroirs and diverse grape varieties, produces exceptional organic wines in red, white, and rosé.
Certified organic since 2016 and taken over in 2022 by Valérie and Yannick Panagiotis, the estate practices agroecology: horse-drawn plowing, eco-grazing, beekeeping, and biodiversity preservation.
The estate also welcomes Le Bistrot de la Citadelle – Cave à Manger and La Table Agricole Tayac, offering dishes made from local products enhanced with herbs and plants from our Botanical Garden.
A true place of life and sharing, Domaine de la Citadelle offers a unique immersion into the world of wine, nature, and Provençal heritage.
