- Since 2015, the estate raises all its vineyard ( 27 hectares) and makes its wine using an organic growth.
It has been awarded a BIO Certification in 2021 by CERTIS FR BIO 13 and the HVE 3 certification label 2020 (HVE : Environmental High Value).
80% of its wines are classified AOP Pézenas, the remaining 20% AOP Languedoc et IGP Côtes de Thongue.
Différent soils and rocks make this terroir rich and exceptional, particularly red clay mixed with limestone and basalt that can be witnessed on most plots of the estate.
