Description

Saint Cels, a beautiful family adventure for 3 generations... We work and imagine with the same passion for wine. In the heart of the Languedoc in the Saint Chinian appellation. This appellation stands out greatly for its wild nature where vines, scrubland and woods mingle, giving a singular ecosystem where everyone protects and influences each other. The grapes concentrate terroir juices characterized by minerality, schist, garrigue aromas, to give singular wines in Red, White and Rosé.
During each blending we strive to make wines in our image that we will enjoy telling. Combining pleasure, greed, freshness and elegance is our common thread. When the richness of a terroir accompanies you, the imagination becomes a limitless "Earth".
