- Quinta do Montalto is a Portuguese family-owned estate, now in its fifth generation, with nearly thirty years of experience in organic farming.
Situated in the Lisbon Wine Region, in central Portugal (Ourém, near Fátima), Montalto continues a long-standing winemaking tradition. The pursuit of authentic regional products with a truly distinctive character has guided the dedication and craftsmanship of both the family and the estate’s team for generations.
With a deep respect for the environment, all crops at Montalto are cultivated according to organic farming principles, certified by ECOCERT-PORTUGAL.
Our diverse portfolio includes orange wines, pét-nat, amphora, and medieval-style wines, as well as more classic expressions featuring several Portuguese single grape varieties. All our wines are organic and vegan-friendly.
