- Our estate has been family owned for 7 generations and biodynamic since 1998. All our wines (whites, rosé, reds and sparklings) are made only from our own grapes (Romorantin, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Gamay) and ferment only with indigenous yeasts and sugars. We strive to hand craft no intervention and mineral wines that transcribe the unique taste of our terroir.
