- Domaine Jean Goulley et Fils owns around twenty hectares of vines located on the most beautiful exposures of the Chablis vineyard. Approximately one-third of the estate's surface area is classified as Petit Chablis, one-third as Chablis, and finally one-third as Chablis Premiers Crus: Montmains, Mont de Milieu, and Fourchaume, three of the most prestigious Premiers Crus.
The estate was founded in the mid-1980s when Philippe joined his father Jean on the family estate. Philippe was the first certified organic winegrower in Chablis in 1991.
