- Description
- Discover our family estate : 12.5 hectares (39 acres) spread across Chablis and Epineuil.
We produce white wines made of Chardonnay grape variety : Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er cru and
Bourgogne Tonnerre, and red wines of Bourgogne Epineuil with our Pinot Noir.
In the vineyard, organically farmed for more than 10 years, we do our best to respect our soil, in order to ensure our wines reveal the "terroir" they come from.
In the cellar, we pay a great deal of attention to the ageing, using different kinds of containers, such as barrels or amphoras.
