- It was in 1979 that we took over (Ghislaine and Jean-Hugues) the family business, we have always been keen to take care of the land, it is from this respect for the land that the logic of cultivating differently appeared as obvious. After having adopted the organic farming method for many years, a certification application was filed with ECOCERT, the estate has been certified since 2001.
In 2005, our son Guilhem and his wife Marie, who have this same respect for the land, joined the estate which obtained the same year the certification in Biodynamics by the DEMETER organization.
