- OUR WINES: Natural and memory wines
A terroir free of any vines and continuous efforts to increase the biodiversity of the estate naturally led us, about fifteen years ago, to have all the wines produced certified organic. The ambition to rehabilitate on this unique terroir the production of wines for laying down that we poetically call "memory wines" leads us to continue our approach to end up with wines of greater purity. Started three years ago and after some trial and error, we now vinify all of our wines according to the Vins Méthode Nature (VMN) with the commitment to produce pure, unique and lively wines but whose straightforwardness and precision constitute the guarantees of longevity so characteristic of great wines. A challenge to rediscover the essence of the grape and the taste richness of wines that improve with age.
