Galevan (domaine)

Description: Coralie is the first woman to take over the destiny of the family estate, which has been in the family for 9 generations. Located in the commune of Courthézon, the estate covers 60 hectares. The entire vineyard is farmed organically. Our vines are planted in the Châteauneuf du Pape, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Côtes du Rhône and Vin de Pays appellations. All the great Rhône grape varieties are represented: Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan for the reds, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne and Bourboulenc for the whites. The average age of the vines is 65 years, and they produce small quantities of top-quality grapes.

Julian and Clément are the standard-bearers of the tenth generation of this family estate steeped in history. After studying viticulture, oenology and winemaking in New Zealand for Julian, and business studies and wine marketing for Clément, they have now joined Coralie and are fully committed to continuing what previous generations have built.
Staying true to the Domaine's philosophy, building on the experience of previous generations, while adding their own touches of sensibility, modernity and innovation are their challenges and motivation.
