- Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint Martin is a historical estate in the Cairanne appellation, which was recently promoted to cru status. It has been farmed organically since the 1990s and biodynamically since 2008. We focus on our vineyard and its biodiversity, and take great care to preserve this heritage handed by previous generations. Our aim is to reveal the true nature of our terroirs and produce wines without artifice
