Information
- Description
- Chateau La Sable is a small historic estate in Luberon, one of the first independent estates which contributed to making Luberon an AOP in 1988. Virginie and Jean-Marc Mercier took over the estate in 2017. Chateau La Sable has been certified organic since the 2022 vintage. The estate produces white, red, and rosé wines on a cool terroir on the foothills of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, producing just over 40,000 bottles.
