- The estate was built under the Empire in 1806, and the Perol family settled there in 1912. The estate is located in the south of the Beaujolais region. Anthony and I are now in the 5th generation of mixed farming (cattle and vines). Passionate about the world of vines and wine from an early age, it was with great enthusiasm that he joined the family estate alongside his father in 2013! A true ‘vocation’. The entire estate is farmed organically (all activities combined: Salers cattle rearing and vines).
