- Domaine Charles Baur is a family-owned estate based in Alsace in Eguisheim, with vineyards located primarily on the slopes of the village and in the immediate surrounding area. Several parcels are situated within the Brand, Eichberg and Pfersigberg Grands Crus.
The entire vineyard is farmed under certified organic practices, with a consistent focus on quality: controlled yields, exclusively hand-harvested fruit, and wines made solely from our own grapes.
In winemaking, our aim is to produce wines that are precise and faithful to their terroirs. We focus on balance, finesse and aromatic complexity that develops and lasts.
