- Description
- We are Michèle and Hubert, winemakers in Heiligenstein. We aim to create unique and authentic wines that reflect our terroirs and our personalities. We are also passionate about promoting Klevener de Heiligenstein, our little-known local appellation. This rare wine is made from an ancient grape variety, Savagnin Rose. We produce it in different styles, ranging from dry to sweet.
Our wines have been certified organic since 2011 and our vines have been cultivated biodynamically since 2024.
