- Welcome to Domaine Heywang, organic Klevener producers in Alsace! We're Michèle and Hubert, and our speciality is Klevener de Heiligenstein. This rare wine is made from an ancient grape variety, Savagnin Rose. We make it in different versions, from dry to sweet. In this way, we reveal the potential of this confidential appellation and the richness of our terroirs.
Our commitment to natural cycles means that we create wines that are unique, mineral and suitable for ageing. We often release them after a few years in the bottle to reveal their full gastronomic potential.
In 2024, a wind of change is blowing through our estate: a new visual identity, new labels, but always our ‘Rose des Vins’ logo. Like a compass, it points us in the right direction: to create wines that are artisanal, authentic and always respectful of Man and Nature. On our labels, you'll also see our GPS coordinates: so you know where our wines come from!
