Château Princé
Information
- Description
- Château Princé is a 15-hectare wine estate. All the vines are cultivated using certified biodynamic methods. The vineyard forms an island around the winery, set on a
schist hillock, overlooking the River Aubance and the Loire Valley. Our winemaker, works tirelessly with his team to take care of the soil, the vines and their environment. Every step, from pruning to leaf removal, disbudding, trellising and, of course, harvesting, is carried out by hand. This method, which combines know-how with listening to nature, ensures harmonious management of the plots, respecting biodiversity and promoting the natural balance of the vines in order to produce quality grapes. In our modern cellar, the ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks, oak barrels or amphorae, complementary techniques that allow us to preserve and enhance the character of each wine, while respecting the identity of our grape varieties and the quality of the fruit.
