Bonnet-Huteau (domaine)
Information
- Description
- Jean-Jacques Bonnet and Vincent Pineau, passionate winemakers, run the Domaine Bonnet-Huteau, a family-owned property for over 150 years, located in the heart of the Sèvre et Maine appellation. They focus on developing the full range of flavors and the distinct minerality of their Muscadet wines, reflecting the unique characteristics of the local soils (gneiss, mica schist, amphibolite, and granite). Their viticulture practices, which respect the soil and the environment, are now based on biodynamic principles.
