Sérol (domaine)
Information
- Description
- Spanning five generations, Domaine Sérol is dedicated to the cultivation of 38 hectares of vineyards using biodynamic practices. Our high-density vines thrive at altitudes ranging from 400 to 580 meters. We meticulously hand-harvest the grapes in small crates and vinify them with minimal intervention to preserve their natural character. Our Gamay St Romain grapes yield AOP Côte Roannaise red wines, while our Viognier and Chenin varieties produce exquisite IGP d’Urfé white wines.
