- Description
- We are a family wine estate of 14ha and organic certified since 2013. 80% of our vineyard is cultivated with white grapes like Savagnin and Chardonnay. Our star wine is the famous Château-Chalon, a prestigious appellation of "vin jaune", but we also offer some classical and oxydative Côtes du Jura white wines, as well as some red wines and Crémant. Our vineyard is located on a terroir of marls (from Trias and Lias ages) and limestone. Vinifications are made with indigenous yeasts. Sulfites are used in a very reasonnable way.
