Production of terroir wines from the Centre Loire region under two appellations: Reuilly and Menetou-Salon, using organic and biodynamic farming methods. Nine hectares are DEMETER certified. Production consists of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Gris, all single-varietal.
