- Domaine Belle — The Elegance and Purity of the Northern Rhône
Located in the historic heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, in Larnage, Domaine Belle has embodied the passion and excellence of the Northern Rhône for over 30 years.
Across 38 hectares of ideally exposed hillside vineyards, our vines flourish on the famous white clay soils of Larnage, producing wines of remarkable finesse and authenticity in Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, and IGP Collines Rhodaniennes.
Founded in 1990 by Albert and Philippe Belle, the estate continues its family legacy today with Guillaume and Valentin, a new generation driven by the same commitment to quality and respect for the land.
Guided by an organic and artisanal philosophy, we work in harmony with nature, favoring low yields and precise vineyard practices to fully express the personality of each grape variety.
Created in 1990 by Albert and Philippe BELLE, the new generation, led by Guillaume and Valentin, has gradually taken over the estate, perpetuating the family heritage.
Committed to respecting ancestral know-how, we work with respect for the terroirs and the rhythms of nature, in order to safeguard a fragile but precious balance.
A privileged micro-climate ensures that the grapes reach exceptional maturity and quality. The systematic pursuit of low yields (25 to 35 hl/ha) leads to strict pruning and disbudding and moderate organic fertilization.
These strict practices, combined with organic viticulture, allow us to bring out the full character and typicity of our grape varieties in exceptional terroirs that express finesse, purity and elegance.
