- In the heart of Burgundy, a few kilometres from Nuits Saint Georges, Domaine Patrick Hudelot has 22 hectares of vineyards cultivated using organic farming methods with the aim of respecting our terroirs, the ecosystem and, of course, consumer health. We produce six different wines. The grape varieties planted are mainly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but we also have a small amount of Aligoté.
