Grégoire Bichot created Domaine des Clos in 1995. His philosophy is to stop using any pesticide and weed killer in order to respect the environment. His aim is to encourage the plant’s natural balance so that the fruit can develop the subtleties and aromas particular to each terroir that it grows in.
