- Description
- The domain of Château Romanin is located at Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, at the foot of the ruins of a 13th century castle of the Templar order.
Nestled on the North side of the Alpilles, The estate covers 250 hectares, including 58 hectares of vines, 4 hectares of olive trees and 2.5 hectares of almond trees, worked with meticulous care and attention.
To date, the domain offers 50% of red wines, 35% of rosés and 15% of white wines.
Les Baux-de-Provence AOP, of which the domain is part, is a 100% organic appellation.
In March 2024, Dr. Carolyn Sheetz took over Château Romanin accompanied by her husband, Stan Sheetz.
