- Domaine Daurion is a family-owned vineyard in Caux, near Pézenas, Hérault. Spread over 50–60 hectares on a unique volcanic terroir, it enjoys abundant sunshine and refreshing sea breezes.
Organic since 2020, the estate carefully tends each plot to preserve biodiversity and soil health.
Crafted by oenologist Laurent Doyle, their wines include AOP Languedoc, AOP Pézenas, and IGP Pays d’Oc in white, rosé, and red. Known for its innovative spirit, the domain also offers alcohol-free sparkling wines, grape beers, and hosts sensory events, escape games, concerts, and mixology evenings.
