- Description
- La Croix Gratiot,is a family winery, that extends over 35 hectares of certified organic vineyards,
between pine hills and the Thau Lagoon. It’s the story of a dad and his daughter who observe and learn a
little more about this place and its soils every day. From their works came 12 singular and typical cuvées.
Our philosophy is based on a deep respect for nature, our terroir and people. Driven by the biodynamic
approach, we strive for viticulture in harmony with the existing ecosystem and its biodiversity, in order to
obtain healthy grapes with a beautiful balance.
It’s also a majority of Picpoul de Pinet, lots of planted trees, jar, stakes, bees, socks, concerts, all in a
peaceful setting.
