- Description
- We are a family estate, Château Boucarut (www.boucarut.com), and produce wines in Lirac, Tavel, Côtes du Rhône and Coteaux du Pont du Gard.
We are certified organic and work in the most natural way possible, favoring manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts and sulfite-free vinification. Our wines are neither fined nor filtered. However, according to our analyses, we do add a small amount of SO2 (2g/hl) before bottling to guarantee optimal conservation.
