- Clos des Vins d'Amour is a family-run winery located in Maury, in the upper Agly Valley in Roussillon. The vineyards are organically farmed, using a crawler tractor and manual labor.
At the estate, artisan winemaker Charles Dornier produces fine wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the high-altitude Fenouillèdes terroir. He takes a holistic approach to the terroir and nature, combining interaction and reflection. "Just like in our garden, we know that coming across a plump earhtworm will good for the vines, the terroir and therefore our wines."
