Rivieral is a mosaic of small
plots pampered and treated distinctly.
It is on his family land that Olivier
Bellet, settled in 2008, with at the time
a single hectare of vines. “Stay close to
my roots was part of a real project of
life. My oenology studies allowed me to
make my dream come true, that of becoming
winegrower by working this terroir.” In order to
“preserve all the richness of our vines”,
the estate, which extends over 9 ha, is labeled
in organic farming. A love of
land and the job he shares with Célia.
“Our goal for both of us is to
transmit through our wines the passion for
