- A true flagship of the Sud de France label, our wines reflect the richness and diversity of the Languedoc terroir.
The Domaines Paul Mas estates cover more than 940 hectares of owned vineyards, 30% of which are organically farmed, complemented by 1,500 hectares belonging to our partner winegrowers with whom we work under contract. This allows us to craft wines from 45 different grape varieties, both indigenous and noble, and to showcase the remarkable diversity of Languedoc terroirs.
This heterogeneity is the result of the region’s unique geographical location and geological formation, bordered by the Mediterranean Sea to the south and the mountains to the north.
