- The vineyard covers 12 hectares cultivated using biodynamic methods, and our plots are nestled between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, on deep clay-limestone soils with gravel. Our terroir benefits from a unique microclimate, between Mediterranean influences and the coolness of altitude.We grow the following grape varieties:Red (11 hectares): Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault White (1 hectare): Chenin, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc, AlbariñoAll our wines are vinified using indigenous yeasts, without any oenological additives, in order to best express our terroir.
