For over 25 years, Domaine de Pajot has practiced organic viticulture, now led by Clément BARREAU, with respect for the soil, people, and the environment. This approach allows us to produce healthy, balanced grapes that truly reflect our family terroir.
We promote biodiversity through diverse cover crops, agroforestry, and a flock of sheep that graze in our vineyards and orchards during winter, naturally maintaining the soil and supporting a thriving ecosystem.
Our commitment is expressed in authentic, elegant, and sustainable wines, combining finesse, pure fruit expression, and respect for natural balance, to offer a unique tasting experience in every glass.
