- Piémont Causses & Cévennes is the natural pact between the cooperative wineries Saint Maurice in the Piémont des Cévennes and Castelbarry in Montpeyroux. Two wine growing regions with remarkable identities. We are therefore very proud to offer you a range of wines from the Upper Languedoc area that includes IGP Cévennes, IGP Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, AOP Languedoc-Montpeyroux and Terrasses du Larzac. Between northern influences (Piedmont des Cévennes) and high-altitude (Causses), the two ranges of wines complement each other perfectly and are the fruit of an ongoing sustainable and ethical approach from the vine to the glass.
