Description: Château Vieux Moulin is the story of an estate that has spanned generations, shaped by a true culture of careful, purposeful craftsmanship. From Montbrun-des-Corbières, the family continues its path, drawing on know-how honed over time while fully exploring the endless possibilities the Corbières terroir has to offer.
Here, we let intuition guide the evolution of our wines: pét-nat sparkling wines, unexpected blends of white and red, cuvées designed for the way we drink today… and wines of great expression, patiently aged in amphora or barrel, revealing the full depth and complexity of the terroir. Wines we stand by, wines we claim, wines we genuinely love.
Our approach is serious but never rigid: we seek the balance between tradition and movement, heritage and the desire to have fun.
