Beauregard Mirouze (château)
Information
- Description
- A wine estate nestled in a rich and diverse ecosystem in the heart of the Fontfroide massif in the Corbières region. Our 20 hectares of vines are surrounded by 350 hectares of scrubland, forests, olive groves, and meadows. Our farming embraces a holistic approach with methods such as agroecology (compost, cover crops, etc.), agropastoralism (partnership with a shepherd and his 200 sheep), biodynamics, and plant-based care.
Our focus is on the life in the soil and the biodiversity surrounding our vineyards.
This allows us to produce balanced grapes and to be minimally interventionist in the cellar, creating vibrant wines with a true taste of home.
