Cathy and Lionel Boutié take the helm with hands that are both gentle and firm, embodying a real commitment to biodynamic agriculture. Here, we pay homage to the Mediterranean soul, making natural wines with no added sulphites that are not just drinks, but stories in a bottle. And since 2022, we have embraced DEMETER certification, using sulphites sparingly to marry conservation and health.

Our winemaking? It's an art. Ancestral methods meet modern innovation in a dance that ensures each grape, at its peak of ripeness, contributes to the perfect balance of sugar and acidity.
