Information
- Description
- Staffelter Hof – Living Tradition, Committed Innovation
In the heart of the Mosel, Staffelter Hof embodies more than 1,200 years of winemaking history and a forward-thinking spirit. As one of the world’s oldest continuously operating wine estates, we craft pure, expressive organic wines while exploring new paths toward truly regenerative viticulture.
Our portfolio is diverse and characterful: precision-driven, classic Mosel Rieslings; bold natural cuvées from resilient hybrid (PIWI) varieties; distinctive red wines; elegant sparkling wines; and vibrant PetNats.
Our pioneering “WeinWald” project—6 hectares of vitiforestry—reflects our commitment to a resilient wine future: restored biodiversity, revitalised soils, protective trees, and innovative grape varieties living in harmony.
Staffelter Hof is also a place of connection—a space where visitors, winemakers, artists, and the simply curious meet to share their passion for nature, flavour, and community. Balancing deep tradition with joyful creativity, we cultivate more than wine: we cultivate relationships.
