It is also from your personal area that you can send appointment requests with exhibitors, as well as manage the request that exhibitors have sent you.

To create a badge for your collaborators, you can either register them at the same time as yourself, or they can register here: Registration - Visitor.

Your badge for Millésime BIO 2026 has been sent to you by email and can also be downloaded from your personal area.
⚠️ To ensure smooth entry to the fair and limit your waiting time, please print your badge in advance.

Please contact the Millésime BIO team here: Contact - Millésime BIO, so that we can correct the errors.

To help everyone find easily their interlocutor’s activity, badges have a colour code:

Exhibitor: Yellow
Visitor: Purple
Organizer: Green
Press: Red
Guest: Orange
Partner: Sky blue
Speaker: Black
Student: Navy blue

Through the Millésime BIO app, you will be able to scan exhibitor badges to download their contact details, add notes and comments. This will allow you to follow your business with the contacts you met during the fair!

Business appointments

The appointment scheduling module in your personal area allows you to schedule business meetings with exhibitors during the three days of the fair.

Yes, to prepare your fair as best as you can, we strongly recommend you schedule your appointments before the fair.

In your personal space, click on “request appointments” and you will be redirected to the list of exhibitors for 2026. Use the search filters to target the exhibitors, product types, countries, regions, appellations, or quality initiatives you are looking for. Then click on an exhibitor that interests you, followed by “Book a meeting”.

You have a total of 50 in
"pending" status meeting requests sent and can receive up to 50 pending appointment requests from exhibitors.
This system helps
prevent everyone's schedule from being overloaded. Please be mindful when sending appointment requests, and refrain from sending generic requests to everyone.

Pending appointments requests will be automatically cancelled after 15 days until the 31/12/2025 and after 7 days from the 01/01/2026
Buyers and exhibitors are regularly reminded to accept or decline pending appointments.

Cancelling: You can cancel an appointment from your personal area in the “Manage your appointment” section by clicking on the three dots to the right of the appointment.

Modifying: You can modify an appointment by going to the exhibitor page (you can find it on the exhibitor list of the website), clicking on the “Appointment on January ...” button, and then modifying the date or time.

If you want to modify or cancel an appointment already confirmed,

A fair with sustainable practices

Our internal specifications commit us to an overall approach to improve recycling, reuse and environmental protection.

Oc’consigne, in collaboration with France Consigne and Adelphe, collects empty reusable bottles left by the exhibitors every evening during the fair.

- Signages are made from recyclable tarpaulins, most of which are reused each year.
- Use of PEFC-certified paper for a sustainable forests management.
- Exhibition equipment is reused each year (glasses, spittoons, furniture, etc.).
- Badge holders are made from kraft and recycled PET.

- Recycling: Millésime BIO provides several recycling bins for visitors and exhibitors in the Exhibition Centre. Let’s all do the right thing: sort and recycle!

- Corks collection: During the fair, we collect all corks in aid of France Cancer, a French charity for cancer research.

- Donation of Bag-in-Box water: At the end of the fair, we donate all opened bag-in-boxes of water left by the exhibitors to the charity Pas Perdu in Montpellier.

- Open wine bottles: Reuse of wines from opened bottles at the Enoteca into vinegar, in collaboration with the Granhota vinegar factory.

- Archives: Recycling of SudVinBio’s archives by the association La Feuille d’Érable in Montpellier.

All catering options at the fair respect specifications requiring them to offer local and/or organic products
These professionals are required to comply with the Agec law / Anti-waste law by managing the recovery of their organic-waste and food leftovers.

Regarding water consumption during the fair, besides donations of opened bag-in-box water, our service provider who washes the glasses follows a strict protocol to optimize water consumption
Glasses are washed in a hood-type dishwasher equipped with an osmosis unit. Then, they dry on a sloped table and undergo a visual inspection at the end of the process.
