Print data sheet Our South Tyrolean organic Single Malt Whisky is produced using the finest organic barley malt, which provides the base for its characteristic and distinctive aroma. Following a careful distillation, our Whisky rests for 2.5 years in oak barrels previously used for the refinement of precious Lagrein wine. To complete its complexity and elegance, it is then rounded off by a further one-year finish in Sherry Oloroso casks. This second and final aging passage provides our Whisky with its particular depth and unique character. Nuances of vanilla and caramel can be perceived on the nose, accompanied by hints of roasted nuts and dried fruits. A soft, harmonious blend of sweet malt aromas, ripe fruit, honey, dark chocolate and subtle cask notes unfolds on the palate. The finish is persistent, with a warm, enveloping aftertaste of oak and typical Sherry notes. Our Organic Single Malt Whisky is a tribute to the highest art of distillation and it is available as a limited edition of 2,600 bottles.
