Print data sheet Our Vermouth Tramonto Rosso Bio is obtained from high quality PGI organic red wine from Tuscany, with no caramel coloring added. The characteristic Sangiovese grape imparts a robust structure and exceptional depth to this refined organic aperitif. Following a traditional recipe we use a blend of 16 carefully selected organic botanicals, including Roman wormwood, cinchona bark, hyssop, angelica, thyme, yarrow and sage, to transform this noble wine into a vibrant aperitif, perfect for special moments at sunset - the so-called "tramonto"!
