Visuellement, la robe est lumineuse d’une nuance rose pale. Le nez fin révèle des arômes de grenade, de fraise gariguette qui rappellent la Provence. Gustativement, le vin est équilibré, soyeux et rafraichissant. En final, une agréable sensation acidulée très désaltérante. Ce vin rosé s’accordera parfaitement avec un carpaccio de pélamide, des farcis de petits légumes ou simplement pour l’apéritif à l’ombre d’un platane.
