La robe est pâle avec des reflets dorés. Attaque : vive, avec un bel équilibre gras et fraîcheur. L’élevage en fût confère une belle harmonie en bouche avec des notes toastées et fumées qui viennent s’associer aux senteurs de fruits à chair blanche (poire, pêche).
