- Tasting notes
- Intense and bright ruby red colour. Notes of undergrowth and small berries open the bouquet accompanied by notes of dry rose and violet. On the palate, notes of lightly toasted spices and leather give a sense of fullness. The taste is dry, savoury, but with soft and compact tannins. The finish is of good persistence with a nice acidity that characterises the Rufina area.
