Une attaque souple annonce une bouche ample, au grain de tanins très soyeux. A la rondeur et au volume s’ajoute une finale puissante aux nuances équilibrées. Très bon mariage avec une épaule d’agneau confite en cocotte, ail en chemise et coco de Paimpol.
