Issu du croisement entre le Cabernet Sauvignon et le Grenache noir, le Marselan permet l’élaboration de vins complexes et élégants. La vinification gravitaire offre une macération plus longue et une fermentation plus douce. Il en résulte l’extraction de la quintessence des arômes et des tanins du cépage. Fruité, floral et épicé à la fois, la bouche est fraîche et structurée.
