Un vin à la robe jaune pâle où les trois cépages agissent en symbiose. Au nez, l’aromatique charnu du Viognier associé au côté tendre du Chardonnay se confirment en attaque entre gras et fruité frais. En finale, le côté salin du Chenin prend le dessus et donne envie d’y revenir.
