D'une robe éclatante, aux reflets brillants, le nez dénote une corbeille de fruits à chair blanche et jaune. En bouche, c'est vif et gras. Vif par sa fraicheur et son élégance, et gras par son onctuosité de crème fouettée qui nous laisse rêveur. A déguster à l'apéro, seul ou accompagné de melon jambon de parme, ou bien encore d'un carpaccio de poisson.
