Approche plus moderne de notre œnologue Clément Mengus, Terra Casta renaît, des arômes délicats de fleurs se ressentent ainsi qu'une grande fraicheur. Le nez remplit de fruits rouges entremêlés avec une pointe de menthol. Utilisant la technique des grappes entières, le palais ressort plus frais, libérant des arômes jeunes de cerises, framboises, et violettes.
