La couleur est le résultat d'une macération pelliculaire en 5 semaines, conférant un subtil et délicat oranger. Le nez est un voyage ou le Roussanne et le Viognier donnent leurs fragiles délicats arômes de pêches, abricot, et fruits à noyaux. En bouche, léger, frais, et vibrant. S'équilibre parfaitement avec un plat sucré/salé, mais aussi avec une cuisine épicée, thaï, ou asiatique.
