Elaboré dans l'esprit d'un Champagne Blanc de Noirs, et issu d'un assemblage de cépages inhabituels, ce vin se caractérise particulièrement par sa grande fraîcheur. En bouche, une explosion délicate de bulles sur le palais souligne sa large palette de fruits rouges, de fraises des bois, et son profil tendu.
